Rubis Dublin is a family-run coffee and pastry bar, built inside a converted shipping container at Ballyogan Business Park.

We proudly serve freshly brewed Italian coffee from Caffè Vergnano, alongside a hand-picked selection of artisan pastries and cakes from Émile Pâtissier, a second-generation Irish bakery.

Named after our boxer puppy, Rubis, we bring together quality, community, and character — with great coffee, sweet treats, and the occasional cameo from our four-legged quality control expert (check our Instagram for proof!).
